Phones can't share system audio. Use the microphone near the speaker, or play a file here.
System audio on macOS: pick "Tab or system audio" and tick "Share audio", or install BlackHole and select it as the microphone.
Flash guard is always on. It limits how fast any part of the screen can change brightness and caps saturated red.
